The Language X

❌ Very Unprofessional – Paid in Full, No Classes or Communication I enrolled for the OET online coaching at The Language X and initially paid the first instalment. However, due to health issues, I was only able to attend the induction session and later discovered that I was pregnant. I immediately informed the institute via email and requested either a refund or permission to defer my enrollment. My request was acknowledged and accepted by Mr. Aman Jha, and later Mr. Satyam from their team contacted me to ask if I wished to resume. Based on this discussion, I paid the second instalment, completing the full course fee of ₹25,000. Since then, it has been over two months with no updates, no classes, and no response to my repeated emails, calls, or messages. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. As a student who trusted this institute, I feel completely let down. I strongly urge others to be cautious before enrolling with The Language X unless they offer a clear explanation and take responsibility for their commitments. I would like a refund as this is very disappointing
