I would like to thank my case manager for providing their support and assistance throughout my Australia PR visa process irrespective of what time it was. and the great point was that I never visited this office. The whole process was on call or email. I trusted them due to the knowledge and updates which they were providing me on first calls before starting my Australia PR .
