Worst experience. Very poor refund handling.
I requested a refund on November 2, and it has now been more than 1 month and 3 weeks, yet the refund has still not been credited. There has been no clear or consistent explanation throughout this period.
Initially, I was told the refund would be processed within 2 weeks, then another week, and at one point I was even given a specific time (5 PM) for the credit — none of these commitments were honored. Only after repeated follow-ups did they start giving new excuses such as “year-end,” “month-end,” and “GST processing.”
Now they claim that refunds take 45 days, but this policy was never communicated at the time of requesting the refund. If a 45-day timeline exists, it should be clearly informed upfront, not introduced later after multiple delays and follow-ups. Changing timelines repeatedly shows poor transparency and unprofessional conduct.
Despite waiting patiently beyond a reasonable period, I continue to receive only generic responses with no concrete resolution. This reflects very poor customer service, lack of accountability, and completely unprofessional handling of refund requests.
Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this institute to anyone based on how refunds are handled
