My dream is to join defence forces but due to my weight my friends teasing me and making joke of me that a fatty boy can't join defence but after I joined manasa defence academy I work hard and reduce 15 kgs weight I really happy with the changes in my body and thank to physical training here because the constant training only this happens. Thank you Manasa defence academy to encourage me now I fully confident to achieve my dream job.

I joined Manasa Defence Academy with the dream of joining the defence forces, and it has been a life-changing experience for me. The trainers are very supportive and motivate us every day to improve our strength, confidence, and communication skills.
